TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA, August 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- 1344342 B.C. Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that the Company and Dorchester Copper Inc. (“Dorchester”) have mutually agreed to terminate the binding letter agreement dated May 5, 2026 relating to the previously announced proposed reverse takeover transaction between the Company and Dorchester (the “Proposed Transaction”).
Accordingly, the Proposed Transaction will not proceed.
The Company will continue to evaluate other potential business opportunities.
